Meet our Property Management Group: Home Management Services

After years with Integrity Property Management, we made the decision to hire a new property management company, Home Management Services (HMS), effective August 2023.

Our property management company supports our neighborhood by managing vendor relations, enforcing our guidelines, collecting dues and supporting financial agreements and reviewing and supporting neighbor or Board concerns or requests. We have two primary points of contact:

• Our Association Manager handles: Board initiatives, Budget prep, Neighborhood inspections, Accounts Payable, Collections
• Our Association Administrator handles: Architectural Modifications, Compliance (Mailings), Compliance (Homeowner Responses)

There you can log on and manage your account, submit requests, as well as submit and check on the status of payments or requests.
